How does the seating work?

There will be tables for 10-12 people with assigned seating. The Borough will be sending an email in September with instructions on how to request who sits at your table. If you want to get a head start on that, send an email to northcaldwell.recfoundation@aol.com with your request and we'll pass it along to the Borough.


Does the money raised go toward the Borough or Rec Foundation?

100% of the net proceeds from the Mayor's Ball go to the North Caldwell Recreation Foundation. Your ticket price paid to the Borough covers the cost of the event itself (i.e. food, drinks, venue, entertainment). All of the money raised through sponsorships, the Silent Auction, and 50-50 Raffle will go to the Foundation.


How can I donate or contribute to the Mayor's Ball?

There are a number of ways to help the Foundation raise money in conjunction with the Mayor's Ball:

    • Silent Auction with more than 30 items to bid on
