Use of Donations & CONTRIBUTIONS

FIREMEN’S FIELD
The Rec Foundation contributed $50,000 towards the renovation of Firemen’s Field in Spring 2023 and was instrumental in raising over $50,000 from North Caldwell residents that was used to purchase new bleachers, additional netting, landscaping and additional paving, and will be used for purchase and installation of a scoreboard in 2024.

TOWN POOL
The Rec Foundation contributed $25,000 towards the recent renovation of the town pool that will be used towards the purchase of new diving boards and a pool cover that will protect the town’s investment in this critical asset of North Caldwell.

Liberty Park

The Rec Foundation paid for Petry Engineering to perform the initial analysis and scope of work that was used as the basis for the installation of the turf field and improvements to Liberty Park. (Note: this study contributed to the North Caldwell Borough Council adopting a bond ordinance of $1.35M to improve Liberty Field).
